Do you replace our current cleaning company? Only if you want us to. If your current cleaners are great, we keep them and manage the relationship on your behalf. If they’re not, we replace them.
What about emergencies outside business hours? We run a 24/7 emergency response line for partner centres. A burst pipe at 11 p.m. goes to our team, not to your director.
Can you handle multiple locations? Yes. We routinely manage 3–12 location portfolios. Geographic consistency helps with vendor consolidation and cost.
Do we still approve large expenses? Always. Anything above a threshold you set (typically $500 or $1,000) requires your approval before we proceed. Routine work below the threshold is handled and reported monthly.
What if we have a preferred vendor we want to keep using? We’ll fold them into our dispatch process and manage the relationship on your behalf. You don’t have to change anything about who does the work — we just take over the coordination.
