Consistent programming across every classroom and every site.

A strong pedagogical program isn’t built once and left alone. It’s designed, taught, coached, documented, and refreshed continuously. Most centres we audit have a decent program on paper and inconsistent delivery in practice — simply because the director doesn’t have time to coach every classroom weekly.

We build your curriculum framework, train your educators to deliver it with confidence, and run the ongoing coaching and documentation that turns “nice program on paper” into “consistent experience across every room.”

The problem you’re probably facing

Your program statement is aligned with How Does Learning Happen? Your educators are credentialed and well-intentioned. You’ve got learning stories going into parent apps. On paper, everything looks right.

But walk into the infant room at 10 a.m. and then into the preschool room at the same time, and you’ll see two genuinely different programs happening — different rhythms, different documentation quality, different pedagogical confidence. Parents notice. Inspectors notice. Your best educators get frustrated when the rest of the team doesn’t meet their standard.

The root cause isn’t talent. It’s that curriculum coherence requires sustained attention from someone whose only job is pedagogy — and that someone almost never exists in a small or mid-sized centre.

What we actually do

Curriculum framework design

  • Age-differentiated program frameworks for infant, toddler, and preschool rooms, aligned with How Does Learning Happen?, the provincial pedagogy you use, or a custom pedagogical model (Montessori, Reggio, play-based, or hybrid)
  • Daily rhythm templates that balance structure and emergent learning
  • Seasonal theme scaffolds educators can adapt without reinventing
  • Indoor and outdoor learning environment guides
  • Materials and provocations lists tied to developmental goals

Pedagogical documentation systems

  • Learning story templates and exemplars
  • Photo documentation workflows that respect privacy policies
  • Portfolio systems for each child, ready to share with parents at every transition
  • Parent communication templates that reflect your pedagogical voice

Staff training and coaching

  • Monthly professional development workshops — 90-minute sessions on topics specific to your program
  • Individual educator coaching — observations, feedback, and growth plans
  • New hire pedagogical onboarding — every new educator starts with a week of curriculum immersion
  • Annual pedagogical retreat — planning and team-building

Program quality assurance

  • Quarterly classroom observations with written reports
  • Educator self-assessment tools and reflective practice supports
  • Annual program review and refresh — what’s working, what to change

How the engagement works

Month 1 — Baseline and design. We observe every classroom, interview every educator, review your current program materials, and draft a curriculum framework for your approval.

Month 2 — Rollout. We facilitate training sessions with your full team, introduce new documentation systems, and begin individual educator coaching.

Month 3 onward — Coaching and evolution. Monthly PD workshops. Quarterly observations. Continuous refinement based on what’s working in your rooms.

What you can expect

  • Consistency across classrooms within 6 months — parents and inspectors can feel it
  • Educator confidence — they know what great looks like because someone has shown them
  • Pedagogical documentation quality significantly improved, parent engagement with it rising
  • ECERS or ITERS scores improving noticeably at your next rating

Pricing

From $2,200/month for single-site operators with up to 4 classrooms. Includes monthly PD workshops, quarterly observations, and unlimited email coaching for your director.

Frequently asked questions

Can you work with our existing curriculum? Absolutely. Most of our engagements start by preserving and strengthening what you already have rather than replacing it. We only recommend wholesale redesign when the existing program has fundamental gaps.

Do you run training on-site or virtually? Both. Monthly PD is usually on-site at your centre after hours. Coaching and consultations can be virtual. We’re based in Markham and travel across the GTA.

What pedagogical approaches do you support? We work across play-based, emergent, HDLH-aligned, Montessori, Reggio-inspired, Waldorf-inspired, and hybrid approaches. We don’t impose a philosophy — we strengthen yours.

Who leads the training — is it always the same person? You’ll have a dedicated pedagogical lead from our team who stays consistent across your engagement. Specialist trainers join for specific topics.

How do you handle educators who resist the program? With grace and patience. Change requires buy-in. Our coaches spend meaningful time understanding each educator’s perspective before introducing change. Most “resistance” is actually uncertainty that disappears with the right support.
